2. Grand Canyon Crowding
summary
Due to the transport and destrution , the available space and the habitat of the creatures in Great Canyon are gradually decreased. In order to resolve the problems, the park calls for a plan to ban on the automobile and other transports. But the development outside the canyon also affects the environment of canyon such as the water shortage, smog pollution and the damage to creatures. The governmaent try to make reservation in parks by taking twenty-dollar fee from each person, hoping to make a big change in national parks.
It is beyond imagination that Great Canyon is running out of space. I think it is a good way to prevent from pollution by banning on the transports. Both the nature disasters and the destructions by human beings can cause serious problems to the nature resourses. People are too selfish to realize the importance of the nature and only care about their own profit. After reading this article, I feel very surprised and a little bit depressed. I hope the measure may really do help to the national parks.
